Koi has been an excellent contact person at ZhongYi clothing. She's gone above and beyond to ensure our sampling process was on point from start to finish especially as we did not provide a full fledge professional tech pack. Love working with her and Lindsay collaboratively. There was some language barrier and misconmmunications on occasion of course but ultimately, great service. I did have a few quality control concerns but at a subsequent meeting, they've accepted the errors and are working to make sure they never happen again. Looking forward to a long-term partnership.
