Amazing

The sample was not made according to the guidelines I sent. It was supposed to be a stretch fabric, however, the supplier added a lining with no stretch without asking and made it so the garment did not fit or function properly. The first sample had a zipper under the arm, while the second had no zipper at all. The cuffs on one sample had stretch, the other didn't. Since the sample was not what I requested, and there were inconsistencies between the two, I requested a replacement, which they denied. I was told I would have to pay full price for a second round of samples. I will not continue with a company that conducts business this way.
